What’s included—and what to expect

The same sources on every plan. Paid tiers increase the planned export allowance. They do not unlock unlisted provinces, contact emails or phone numbers.

A row is one exported record. Planned allowances reset monthly in UTC. A new completed export counts again; retrying the same failed request does not.

No checkout in this preview. You will not be charged. Final billing, cancellation terms and applicable taxes will be presented before paid subscriptions open.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Know what you’re exploring before you build your next prospect list.

What is NewBiz Radar?

NewBiz Radar is a business discovery platform for people who sell to Canadian businesses. It brings recent federal registration records and selected municipal business licence activity into one searchable workspace, with a source and event type attached to each record.

Are all the listings newly incorporated companies?

No. Federal anniversary dates can reflect incorporation, amalgamation or continuance. Edmonton and Calgary records use first-issued licence dates. Vancouver records include licence renewals. Each result identifies its signal so you can judge whether it fits your prospecting needs.

Which provinces and cities are covered?

Federal CBCA registration records cover all 13 Canadian provinces and territories. Municipal feeds currently cover Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. This does not include every provincially incorporated business. Separate provincial registry integrations are not available yet.

How current is the information?

The hosted preview uses official-source snapshots checked on 2026-10-04, covering the preceding 90 days. Check Data coverage in the explorer for individual source timestamps. Refreshes currently happen during deployment; automatic updates are not enabled yet.

Does it include phone numbers, emails or owner details?

No. Records include the available business name, city, province, event date, source and category where supplied. Some municipal records include a business street address. Home-based and federal registered-office street addresses are withheld. We do not provide contact enrichment or infer missing details.

Can I export leads to my CRM?

CSV export is planned for the hosted account release. The planned CSV format includes business name, location, category, date, signal and source, suitable for mapping into a CRM. Exports and direct CRM integrations are not available in the public preview.

What can I use for free today?

You can browse the public preview, search businesses, combine filters, inspect individual records and review the official sources. No account or credit card is required for browsing. Account creation, exports and payment checkout are not enabled yet.

How will the paid plans work?

Proposed monthly prices are CAD $29 for Starter, $79 for Growth and $149 for Pro, with 500, 2,500 and 10,000 export rows respectively. Explorer is planned to include 25 export rows per month for free. Allowances reset each calendar month in UTC; a new completed export uses rows again. Plans are not on sale yet, and final billing terms and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.

Does a listing mean a business wants to be contacted?

No. A public registration or licence record is a research signal, not evidence of buying intent or permission to contact someone. Verify the business, confirm its relevance, and follow the rules that apply to your outreach.
